Your refund will be processed within 14 days of receiving the return. You will receive your refund by the following method. For orders paid by credit card a refund will be issued to the credit card account holder. For orders paid by PayPal, a refund will be issued to the same PayPal account. Please note that customers are required to pay postage & package when returning items for refund unless the item(s) are faulty.
All products are boxed for a safe delivery. If there is any damage to the package content - please ensure you include your order number which was send to you upon processing of your order. We may request that you provide us with a picture of the damaged goods.
